The tension in your neck after carrying the weight of everyone else's needs. The aches that seem to appear out of nowhere. The monthly cramps. The changes that come with menopause. The everyday discomforts that quietly become part of the routine.

We've heard the same message over and over:

"It's normal."   "Just give it time."   "You get used to it."

But we couldn't help wondering: 

What if women didn't have to simply accept feeling less than their best?

That question became the foundation of All Of Me Wellness.

We're here for the women who spend their days caring for families, building careers, supporting friends, chasing dreams, and showing up for everyone around them. The women who often put themselves last. The women who deserve products created with the same care they give to others every day.

Our mission is simple: to create thoughtful wellness solutions that help support comfort, balance, and everyday well-being, so you can move more freely, rest more comfortably, and enjoy life's moments a little more fully.

Tender Mercy is the first step in that journey, but it won't be the last.

Because wellness isn't about fixing one thing. It's about caring for all of you.

And that's exactly where our name comes from.

All Of Me Wellness exists to support every part of your wellness journey—with compassion, intention, and products designed to help you feel your best.

All Of Me Wellness began with a simple but powerful realization.

After years of hearing countless women—in both life and business—share the same frustrations and the same discomforts, only to be told they simply had to "live with it," I knew something needed to change. Their stories were real. Their struggles were heartbreaking. And despite the fact that nearly 70% of chronic pain sufferers are women, meaningful solutions designed specifically with women in mind have remained surprisingly limited.

For too many, the answers have been opioids, temporary creams, dismissal, or being told, "It's all in your head." 

Those responses simply weren't good enough for me.

With a background as a consumer advocate and a lifelong passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives, I set out to create something different. Together with an incredible team of women who share that same passion, All Of Me Wellness was built to offer products rooted in comfort, community, access, compassion, and the belief that every woman deserve to be well, always.

Today, that mission continues with every product we create, asset we share, and resource we add to the site.
