I know its supposed to be  for women, but I too have been using  Tender Mercy Extreme Cream for relief of joint pain in my hands and knees for about six months. After a couple of applications I am able to enjoy pain free movement for many hours if not days. I feel that it’s a healthy alternative to Tylenol and aspirin based pain relievers.
