I know its supposed to be  for women, but I too have been using  Tender Mercy Extreme Cream for relief of joint pain in my hands and knees for about six months. After a couple of applications I am able to enjoy pain free movement for many hours if not days. I feel that it’s a healthy alternative to Tylenol and aspirin based pain relievers.

Over the years I have used many over the counter products that did not work for my injury pain. A recent injury to my knee has caused it to be stiff and is so painful at the end of my days.  I have had chronic pain most of my life.
I'm in agony all the time, and then i tried the Tender Mercy cream. I put it on my neck, stomach/groin area and lower back and it let me work throughout the day without pain for the first time in years. I normally put on a lidocaine patch to help the pain, but today was the first day I didn't need one.

  I used this cream for my right arm which was bruised and sore. I applied the cream, which took about ten minutes to take effect. 

 I could move my arm without any discomfort or pain for about 8 hours.

The cream is really lightweight and absorbs quickly. It's smooth and very hydrating without any greasy residue. The smell is light, with no real fragrance, and doesnt agitate my sinuses
